consapevolezza\u2019, antiche tecniche di respirazione, di posture e di meditazione attivano la risalita della piu\u0300 grande sorgente di forza e guarigione, l\u2019energia creativa e vitale che giace dormiente alla base della colonna vertebrale, la Kundalini.<\/p>\n<p>Essa risale il canale centrale Sushumna come in una spirale, purificando ed equilibrando i centri energetici del corpo, elevando la consapevolezza del potenziale interiore e facendo fiorire il proprio talento individuale.<\/p>\n<p>La pratica:<\/p>\n<p>Ogni lezione si articola in una serie di esercizi (Kriya) volti ad un tema specifico (es. rilascio delle tensioni, equilibrio ghiandolare, apertura del chakra del cuore etc.), segue un momento di rilassamento e una meditazione finale.<\/p>\n<p>Le posture sono spesso statiche e acquisiscono una forma, spesso data da diagonali delle braccia o del busto che direzionano l\u2019energia del corpo fisico e mentale verso uno stato di espansione.<\/p>\n<p>Molti degli esercizi sono eseguiti a occhi chiusi, favorendo l\u2019ascolto del movimento del corpo e della trasformazione dell\u2019energia interiore.<br \/>\nI benefici sono molteplici: un respiro fluido e profondo, un allentamento delle tensioni fisiche, un rafforzamento del sistema nervoso ed endocrino, un miglioramento delle attivita\u0300 celebrali e della concentrazione che favoriscono una visione Approfondisco diverse tematiche partecipando a diversi seminari, fino a specializzarmi nell\u2019arte di cura attraverso la mente meditativa, Sat Nam Rasayan (2015).<\/p>\n<p>Il mio proposito e\u0300
